How do I verify my list? Watch the video

It's simple like this:
Step 1. Register your new account.
Step 2. Check your email, and see the password we sent you.
Step 3. Login to your account.
Step 4. Click on Upload your list and choose a .CSV or .TXT file with your email list. (Be sure to place each email in a separate line).
Step 5. Wait for the system to calculate the amount of credit you will need, then click the PayPal button to purchase.
Step 6. Our system will identify your payment and start your list verification. Wait about 9 minutes for each 10K emails. You can log out from your account if you want. We will send a message to your email when verification has been finished.
Step 7. Review and download the results. Now you can delete your list and related data. That’s all!

How many lists can I send?

You can send and verify only one list at a time. if you already submitted a list, you will need to verify it, download the results, and delete the current list and it's related data before sending a new list.

Which file formats are supported?

Currently our system accepts CVS or TXT formats with only one email in each line, as in the example below

How long does it take to check a mailing list?

Each email is verified in several ways, and one of them is to contact the server to see if it actually exists. The time depends on the response of each server, as well as quantity of emails in your list. As a general rule, a list of 100K emails should take around 87 minutes to be fully verified. Be patient. The time it takes is to give you a result with the best accuracy.

Is my data secure?

Yes, your lists will never be shared, and your data is stored in your dashboard. We make great efforts to mantain user data secure. You can permanently delete your data at any time.

Do my credits expire?

No. You can use your credits anytime you want.

I'll be charged if my list has duplicate emails?

No, we will remove duplicate emails and bad syntax for free.

Spam Trap

Emails created to identify who is spamming, causing your domain to be blacklisted and blocked by most providers in a few hours.

E-mail Bounce

These are invalid email addresses that will be returned. A large number of emails returned for being invalid or from non-existent domains will cause your domain and IP to be blacklisted, causing them to be automatically rejected.

Abuse E-mail

Emails and / or domains known by sending spam. Usually those who send spam uses fake emails with real domains, and never will be read.

Catch-all Domains

Domains that always return false positive for your campaign, giving the impression that they have been read, but in fact the messages are not read by anyone.

Disposable Email

These emails are temporarily created to mask others. They are emails that will never be read since they are only used for mass sending.

Suspicious emails

Our system identifies suspicious emails through algorithms that check and compare against invalid or spamming emails, or those created as examples, even if they are not blacklisted.

Complaint

Emails and / or domains that have received complaints from recipients they are spamming.

Role Email

Emails used by companies or people just to send messages, so usually they are not emails that receive messages.

Valid Email

Emails that have passed through our system verifications without any restriction, therefore, technically they can be used.
